We collect account information such as email address, business name, password credentials, and login/session details. We also collect content you provide, including contracts, contract text, uploaded files, GC messages, notes, generated redlines, email drafts, and feedback.

We may collect technical and usage information such as pages visited, actions taken, timestamps, errors, device/browser details, and review counts.

How We Use Information

We use information to create accounts, authenticate users, provide contract review features, generate drafts and redlines, enforce prototype review limits, troubleshoot bugs, secure the service, and communicate with users.

We may also use uploads, generated outputs, usage information, and feedback to test, evaluate, improve, and develop ShopShield and related contract-review tools. This may include quality review, prompt improvement, product analytics, de-identified examples, and aggregated benchmarks.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us host the app, store data, run AI analysis, monitor performance, and secure the service. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your direction.

We do not sell user-uploaded contracts.

Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for a prototype service, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep information as long as needed for the service, product development, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and backup or audit purposes.

Your Choices

You can choose what to upload. Do not upload highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the review and you are authorized to share it. You may contact us to ask about access, correction, export, or deletion of account information.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the prototype changes. The updated date will show when the policy was last revised.
